Working conditions
- Responsible for procurement/supply of equipment, goods and materials, consumer goods and services at right time, at right price, at right period and from right sources;
- Coordination of purchase-sale agreements and purchase orders;
- Carrying out of purchase-sale transactions and providing relevant reports to the management;
- Ensure well-timed procurement/supply of goods and services through maintaining regular negotiations with to end users (customers);
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluation of suppliers, conclusion of agreements and supervision over their performance;
- Carrying out evaluation of services provided by supplies twice a year;
- Determination of procurement and supplies policies and procedures pursuant to current requirements and conditions;
- Examination and exercising control over purchase-sale agreements in connection with purchase of services and goods and materials;
- Development/preparation and improvement of procurement/supply plans with regard to all projects as well as adaptation of procurement/supply procedures to the project budgeting;
- Arranging, preparation of documentation of purchase-sale transactions, preparation of periodic work progress reports and submission to the management;
- Creating and managing of relevant registration system to carry out procurement/supply transactions within the projects;
- Preparation of purchase order related reports in line with terms/conditions of the project and obtaining reports from contractual partners;
- Responsible for procurement/supply of services and goods and materials in full degree of satisfaction;
- Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintaining and updating list of vendors/supplies on a regular basis, sourcing/identification of new potential vendors and supplies, on-spot evaluation of vendors, optimization of purchase-sale conditions set by vendors;
- Responsible for from time to time updating of procurement/supply database and for ensuring it is in available for internal audit and monitoring;
- Performance of other duties as reqquested by line manager/immediate supervisor;
- Performance of written, oral instructions issued by line manager/immediate supervisor in order to ensure fulfillment of labor duties and compliance with existing internal rules of the company;
- Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation requirements applied within the company;
- Additional tasks as requested;
- To maintain total confidentiality.
Requirements
- Higher education in the related field;
- Fluency in Azeri and English;
- 2-3 years’ experience in the related field;
- Must be Proactive, supportive and a Team player;
- Understands delivery and safety requirements.
