Working conditions
- Source and evaluate suppliers for aviation goods and services;
- Manage the procurement process and vendor selection;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers;
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs;
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure adherence to customs requirements;
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Free parking for ones who uses personal cars;
- The company provides free service transportations from Koroglu m/s;
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 10:00 to 19:00);
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- Excellent level of Azerbaijani language, upper intermediate of Russian and English;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the Procurement field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel is a must), MS Outlook;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
