Working conditions
- Assist in analyzing material specifications and drawings to understand procurement needs;
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products;
- Coordinate and manage transportation of goods to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, collaborating with vendors and freight forwarders;
- Develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers to meet procurement goals;
- Track shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and INCOTERMS;
- Identify cost-effective transportation methods and negotiate with freight forwarders to meet company and client needs;
- Help prepare reports and performance reviews on procurement and logistics activities;
- Contribute to maintaining smooth business operations and meeting project deadlines;
- Salary: AZN during the training period, with opportunities for performance-based incentives after probation;

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Petroleum Engineering / Science graduate;
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Knowledge of Russian, Turkish, or Azerbaijani is a plus;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet research;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn;
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude;
