O работе

  • Manage and coordinate the cleaners and drivers to maintain a clean office and reliable transportation services;
  • Organize and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained;
  • Facilitate business trips for employees and management, including hotel bookings, ticket reservations, and visa support;
  • Purchase kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee, water, and snacks;
  • Serve as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries;
  • Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with effective prioritization abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
  • Familiarity with travel management and vendor negotiation processes;
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of organization.
