O работе

Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks related to company operations;
Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures;
Implement risk controls and monitor risk exposures;
Communicate and collaborate with risk owners to foster a culture of risk awareness;
Prepare risk reports and ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Degree in finance, economics, business administration, agriculture, or related fields;
Understanding of various risk assessment methods, including quantitative and qualitative analyses;
Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that could impact the business;
Strong foundation in risk modeling techniques and related tools;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
Azerbaijani and English language skills are required;
Prior experience in incident management, audit, or risk management is preferred;
Strong analytical thinking;
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively present risk information to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
