O работе

Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects from initiation to closure;
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria;
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders;
Lead project teams and provide direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle;
Monitor project progress, budget, and performance against established goals and metrics;
Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures;
Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals and delivering maximum value;
Reviewing project proposals and approving or denying them accordingly;
Ensure compliance with local laws and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards;
Location: Baku, Head office.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field;
Minimum 5–6 years of practical experience in related fields, at least 3 years of work experience in project management;
Experience managing, designing, implementing and evaluating multiple projects;
Project management certification preferred;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, additional languages are a plus;
Demonstrated interpersonal, management and communication skills;
Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Good budgeting skills and the ability to reduce cost without making an adjustment that affects the quality;
Results-driven and detail-oriented;
