- Manage and coordinate the cleaners and drivers to maintain a clean office and reliable transportation services;
- Organize and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained;
- Facilitate business trips for employees and management, including hotel bookings, ticket reservations, and visa support;
- Purchase kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee, water, and snacks;
- Serve as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries;
- Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with effective prioritization abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; additional languages are a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
- Familiarity with travel management and vendor negotiation processes;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of organization.
