Working conditions
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients;
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customers and key decision-makers;
- Lead sales meetings and presentations with potential clients;
- Present and promote products, services to prospective customers;
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs;
- Negotiate with vendors and distributors to secure the best deals;
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
- Track, monitor, and report sales performance;
- Full-time: 09:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments;
- Proficient with computers and CRM/ERP systems;
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn about new products and services;
- Knowledge of delivery management or logistics industry is a plus;
- Strong ability to conduct market research and identify target customers;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with vendors and distributors;
- Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions;
- Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals;
- mStrong organizational skills to manage multiple sales activities effectively;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (native proficiency), with proficiency in english and russian;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
