  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients;
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customers and key decision-makers;
  • Lead sales meetings and presentations with potential clients;
  • Present and promote products, services to prospective customers;
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs;
  • Negotiate with vendors and distributors to secure the best deals;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
  • Track, monitor, and report sales performance;
  • Full-time: 09:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred;
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments;
  • Proficient with computers and CRM/ERP systems;
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn about new products and services;
  • Knowledge of delivery management or logistics industry is a plus;
  • Strong ability to conduct market research and identify target customers;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with vendors and distributors;
  • Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions;
  • Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals;
  • mStrong organizational skills to manage multiple sales activities effectively;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani (native proficiency), with proficiency in english and russian;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
