Working conditions

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others);
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs (CTR, ROI, Conversion Rate);
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation;
  • Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion data using tools like Google Analytics;
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between campaigns and messaging;
  • Research and implement SEO/SEM best practices to increase organic traffic;
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share actionable insights with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles;
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar);
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and CRM systems;
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
