- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others);
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs (CTR, ROI, Conversion Rate);
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation;
- Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion data using tools like Google Analytics;
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between campaigns and messaging;
- Research and implement SEO/SEM best practices to increase organic traffic;
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles;
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar);
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and CRM systems;
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
