Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven leadership experience in marketing, admissions, or advancement roles, preferably in the education sector;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics;
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and lead teams;
