Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in using analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in English and Russian languages.
