Working conditions

Assist in organizing, and updating IFE media content (movies, TV shows, music, and other digital assets);
Collect, verify, and input metadata for media assets according to company and client requirements;
Coordinate with studios, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely content deliveries;
Conduct quality control checks to ensure content and metadata accuracy and compliance with specifications;
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve content-related issues;
Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Basic understanding of media formats and digital content workflows is a plus;
Previous experience in media or entertainment industries is advantageous but not required.
