Working conditions
- Driving sustainable financial growth through strong relationships with vendors and customers, thereby boosting sales;
- Analyzing the company’s inquiry and sales data, and market dynamics to generate business improvement insights and implement identified business opportunities;
- Driving sales growth across existing and new customer bases, and expanding business across sectors within Azerbaijan;
- Developing company, customer, and market-specific vendor relationships to increase sales;
- Undertake periodic and as-required field customer visits to existing and potential customers;
- Exploring B2B business development opportunities in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, and other regions;
- Conducting research for new markets, business opportunities, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Preferably an engineering graduate, or an MBA holder, or both;
- At least two years of impactful industrial sales experience;
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest and innate skill in sales are also encouraged to apply;
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills;
- Verbal and written communications skills in English, Azerbaijani language. Knowledge of Russian and Turkish would be an added advantage;
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new business environments;
- Strong business acumen with a focus on lead generation and negotiation;
- A solid understanding of engineering and industrial products used in the oil and gas industry;
