- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets;
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve goals;
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed;
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners;
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
Tələblər
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person;
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role;
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
- To be able to travel to the regions of Azerbaijan and abroad;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Compleisant, honest and respective behavior with customers;
- Stress-resistand;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred);
- Excellent organisation and time management skills;
