Tələblər
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries;
- Experience or education in HVAC (engineering, energy, mechanical, or related fields) is required;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions;
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (knowledge of all three languages is an advantage);
- Team player with the ability to work independently;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
