  • Arrange all meetings and provide briefings and briefings;
  • Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agenda and meeting packets;
  • To participate in the negotiations conducted by the head of the structure during the meetings, to provide simultaneous translation;
  • Welcoming and welcoming all high-level visitors;
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures that the director's schedule is followed and adhered to;
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners;
  • Initiate corrective action when necessary;
  • Lunch is provided;
  • Work schedule: 5 days.

Tələblər

  • Education: Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience: 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;
  • Computer skills: High level of MS Office competency;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian, English - fluent;
  • Soft skills such as responsibility, accuracy and reliability;
  • Teamwork and learning skills.
