- Finding potential partners and creating an electronic database;
- Timely management and processing of received inquiries, coordination with the sales team (all necessary links, freight suppliers) - timely processing of all incoming orders, finding competitive rates;
- Timely resolution of problematic cases (alternative replacement of transport);
- Organization of cargo transportation (planning: packaging, mode of transport, best route);
- Negotiating tariff terms with foreign and local carriers/ forwarding companies;
- Booking cargo spaces and arranging payments with contractors;
- Management of customs clearance procedures, transport documents and insurance documentation;
- Execution of the plan written in terms of the month;
- Adding the number of registered carriers in a month.
Tələblər
- Higher education
- Min. . 2 year experience of work in the in logistics
- knowledge of the English and Russian languages at a conversational level;
- Knowledge of office programs, knowledge of MS Excel;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to work in busy mode;
- Organized, hardworking, energetic.
