- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance;
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers;
- Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational performance;
- Selection of the optimal route and type of transportation;
- Receipt of price proposals on selected routes and coordination of terms of transportation;
- To ensure that the logistics operations are carried out with optimum cost and to follow the continuous cost advantages;
- Selecting the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account the nature of goods, cost, transit time and security;
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
- Preparation and submission of documents and additional information necessary for customs purposes to the customs authorities;
- To ensure documentation is in compliance with relevant legislation and goods are customs cleared in timely;
- Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00;

Tələblər
- Higher education (Degree in Transportation and Logistics is an advantage);
- Min. 5 years of proven work experience in a similar position;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian languages (both verbal and written);
- Familiar with Azerbaijan customs policy, import and export customs clearance processes and operation, customs compliance;
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2010, 2020;
- Have strong market insight and analysis capabilities;
- Have good communication, coordination, negotiation and interpersonal understanding skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
