  • Execute daily works related to the Human Resources department;
  • Carrying out work related to recruitment and termination of employment;
  • Preparation of documents related to leave, illness, and dismissal of the employee;
  • Preparation of employment contracts and appendices to contracts;
  • Preparation of documents and processing in relevant systems;
  • Preparing official letters;
  • Receipt and forwarding of employee applications.


  • Education: Higher;
  • Language skills: knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
  • Computer skills: Proficient Microsoft Office user;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Basic knowledge of the Labor Code;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Ability to jointly manage multiple priority issues;
  • Ability to creatively approach problem solving.
