Working conditions
- Execute daily works related to the Human Resources department;
- Carrying out work related to recruitment and termination of employment;
- Preparation of documents related to leave, illness, and dismissal of the employee;
- Preparation of employment contracts and appendices to contracts;
- Preparation of documents and processing in relevant systems;
- Preparing official letters;
- Receipt and forwarding of employee applications.
Requirements
- Education: Higher;
- Language skills: knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
- Computer skills: Proficient Microsoft Office user;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Basic knowledge of the Labor Code;
- Critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Ability to jointly manage multiple priority issues;
- Ability to creatively approach problem solving.
