Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued;
To handle all customer requests in the channel, provide proper information, and fulfill all customer requests with high-quality service;
Register properly contact reason and support in fixing customer issues;
Reach the KPİs assigned by the management;
Manage inbound/outbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues;
