  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Systemair products and solutions;
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers;
  • Expand the customer base by exploring new sales opportunities and contributing to business growth;
  • Manage the entire sales process, including customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct market analysis, understand customer requirements, and create targeted sales strategies;
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to meet sales targets;
  • Strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring Systemair’s brand is well-represented;

Требования

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries;
  • Experience or education in HVAC (engineering, energy, mechanical, or related fields) is required;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions;
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (knowledge of all three languages is an advantage);
  • Team player with the ability to work independently;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
