  • Presenting and selling premium villas to clients;
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying their property needs;
  • Managing the entire sales process from start to finish;
  • Preparing relevant documentation and completing sales procedures.

Требования

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or working with premium clients;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust with clients;
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is required;
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic schedule;
  • Having a driving license and a personal vehicle is a plus.
