- Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions;
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications;
- Coordinate and participate in interview processes, providing feedback to hiring managers;
- Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes;
- Assess training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations;
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to various skill levels and roles;
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary;

Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a corporate environment;
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Open to local business trips.
