Working conditions

  • Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions;
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications;
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes, providing feedback to hiring managers;
  • Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes;
  • Assess training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations;
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to various skill levels and roles;
  • Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Open to local business trips.
