Working conditions
- Promote and sell hotel tours and activities to guests;
- Provide detailed information about available tours, itineraries, and pricing;
- Assist guests with booking tours, transportation, and other travel-related services;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized recommendations based on guests' interests and needs;
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner;
- Process payments and manage bookings through the hotel’s reservation system;
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences;
- Location: Baku, Khagani Rustamov Street, 4C Khatai District.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and tourist services;
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and reservation software (experience with booking systems is a plus);
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays;
