Promote and sell hotel tours and activities to guests;
Provide detailed information about available tours, itineraries, and pricing;
Assist guests with booking tours, transportation, and other travel-related services;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities;
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized recommendations based on guests' interests and needs;
Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner;
Process payments and manage bookings through the hotel’s reservation system;
Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences;
Location: Baku, Khagani Rustamov Street, 4C Khatai District.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus);
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Knowledge of local attractions, events, and tourist services;
Proficiency in basic computer skills and reservation software (experience with booking systems is a plus);
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays;
