Working conditions
- To respond to incoming e-mails within time limit defined by the contract;
- To promptly inform the customers about any changes in booking and cancelled flights;
- To work with the customers to develop the most suitable routes for them;
- To discharge, replace and cancel all types of tickets;
- To be able to work with bonus cards of the customers, to book and issue tickets and accrual of miles card bonuses;
- To comply with the confidentiality requirements about the travel routes and personal data of the customers;
- To compile reports at the end of each day and register all data in software;

Requirements
- Higher education;
- Good in communications in English,Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
- 2+ years of experience as ticketing agent;
- Knowledge of Galileo, Amadeus;
- Highly responsible & reliable;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High-grade service delivery mindset is a must;
- Self-motivated with sense of time and responsibility;
- Positive teamplayer loving working with people.
