Working conditions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals;
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement;
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key accounts;
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close group and individual bookings;
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and materials;
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to refine sales tactics;
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review;
- Coordinate with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of events and stays;
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitive landscape;
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships;
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed for client meetings or events.
