Working conditions

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the team, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication;

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team;
  • Coordinate team schedules;
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and minutes;
  • Support internal team communications;
  • Assist with external communications on behalf of the team;
  • Compile feedback data for analysis and contribute to the improvement of future programs;
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and internal workshops to enhance skills and knowledge;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in  business administration, social science, economics, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent research and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment;
  • Enthusiasm for personal learning and development;
  • Desire to contribute to meaningful educational experiences.
