Working conditions
- Prepare, schedule, and publish posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok) daily, weekly, and monthly;
- Develop and execute engaging scripts for reels and short videos, maintaining alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives;
- Actively participate in the creation of reels, including on-camera presence when required;
- Craft, edit, and optimize clear, persuasive, and creative copy for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials;
- Conduct research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and increase audience engagement;
- Create and maintain content calendars and post plans aligned with quarterly strategies and monthly goals;
- Collaborate closely with designers and videographers by providing clear, creative, and actionable briefs;
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, delivering data-driven reports and actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and intermediate or higher proficiency in English for professional communication;
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management;
- Proficiency in managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok;
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) and analytics tools;
- Experience with basic photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express);
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory;
- Strong storytelling, creative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
