Working conditions

  • Implement the company's talent acquisition program;
  • Adhere to the recruitment process and ensure speed and quality of recruitment;
  • Create and continuously update a pool of potential candidates;
  • Attract potential candidates for relevant vacancies using various social media platforms;
  • Conduct interviews, tests, and the candidate selection process;
  • Propose and carry out various recruitment and internship projects;
  • Initiate various collaborations, establish connections with different universities and educational institutions, and participate in job fairs;
  • Work with HR databases, candidate tracking, and management systems;
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
  • Monitor recruitment metrics;
  • Analyze employee turnover and provide suggestions to prevent it;
  • Take necessary measures for conducting exit interviews with departing employees.


  • Higher education (in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Management, or other related fields);
  • 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) programs;
  • High proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
  • Strong communication, results-oriented, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
