Working conditions
- Implement the company's talent acquisition program;
- Adhere to the recruitment process and ensure speed and quality of recruitment;
- Create and continuously update a pool of potential candidates;
- Attract potential candidates for relevant vacancies using various social media platforms;
- Conduct interviews, tests, and the candidate selection process;
- Propose and carry out various recruitment and internship projects;
- Initiate various collaborations, establish connections with different universities and educational institutions, and participate in job fairs;
- Work with HR databases, candidate tracking, and management systems;
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
- Monitor recruitment metrics;
- Analyze employee turnover and provide suggestions to prevent it;
- Take necessary measures for conducting exit interviews with departing employees.
Requirements
- Higher education (in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Management, or other related fields);
- 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) programs;
- High proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
- Strong communication, results-oriented, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
