Implement the company's talent acquisition program;
Adhere to the recruitment process and ensure speed and quality of recruitment;
Create and continuously update a pool of potential candidates;
Attract potential candidates for relevant vacancies using various social media platforms;
Conduct interviews, tests, and the candidate selection process;
Propose and carry out various recruitment and internship projects;
Initiate various collaborations, establish connections with different universities and educational institutions, and participate in job fairs;
Work with HR databases, candidate tracking, and management systems;
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
Monitor recruitment metrics;
Analyze employee turnover and provide suggestions to prevent it;
Take necessary measures for conducting exit interviews with departing employees.

Higher education (in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Management, or other related fields);
5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) programs;
High proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
Strong communication, results-oriented, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
