Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in career development, employee coaching, organizational development, or a similar role;
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing career development programs or initiatives;
  • Experience in employee performance management and succession planning;
  • Strong understanding of career paths, skills gap analysis, and development planning to support employee growth;
  • Ability to provide one-on-one career coaching and mentoring to employees and management;
  • Proficiency in evaluating employee performance and recommending development strategies;
  • Expertise in creating career development frameworks, succession plans, and leadership pipelines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR teams, department heads, and employees;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for counseling, creating documentation, and presenting programs;
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and use insights to inform career and development strategies;
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with career development tools, learning management systems (LMS), and employee assessment software;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of talent management, career progression models, and succession planning practices;
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, employee performance management systems, and career ladders;
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices in career development and employee engagement;
  • Knowledge of labor laws, workplace compliance, and equal opportunity regulations related to employee development;
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills for effective employee counseling;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align career development initiatives with organizational goals;
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying growth opportunities for employees;
  • High adaptability to changing organizational needs and workforce dynamics;
  • Ability to design and deliver training workshops or development programs;
