Working conditions

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring that the sales team is well-informed about product benefits, features, and use cases;
- Provide regular training and updates to the sales team on new product launches, industry trends, and customer needs;
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the effectiveness and value of aesthetic products;
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address challenges;
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, customer trends, and market conditions;
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions;
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness, generate leads, and stay informed about the latest industry developments;
- Develop relationships with industry influencers, potential clients, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company’s reputation;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- 5+ years of sales experience in the aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or wellness industry, with a proven track record of success;
- Experience in managing a sales team, setting goals, and driving team performance;
- Strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, including market trends, customer needs, and product knowledge;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani;
