  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the aesthetic products sector;
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and channels, and establish strategies to capture them;
  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team and ensure consistent performance against targets;
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly;
    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development opportunities to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable, skilled, and effective in their roles;
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, guidance, and support to help team members grow in their careers;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including beauty salons, clinics, and distributors, to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty;
  • Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring that customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally;
  • Identify and nurture long-term partnerships with strategic customers, expanding business opportunities and improving customer retention;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, ensuring that the sales team is well-informed about product benefits, features, and use cases;
  • Provide regular training and updates to the sales team on new product launches, industry trends, and customer needs;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the effectiveness and value of aesthetic products;
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address challenges;
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, customer trends, and market conditions;
  • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions;
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness, generate leads, and stay informed about the latest industry developments;
  • Develop relationships with industry influencers, potential clients, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company’s reputation;
    Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and promotional campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to provide feedback from customers and ensure that the company’s offerings meet market demands;
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, customer service, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience;

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or wellness industry, with a proven track record of success;
  • Experience in managing a sales team, setting goals, and driving team performance;
  • Strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, including market trends, customer needs, and product knowledge;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani;
