O работе

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals;
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement;
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key accounts;
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close group and individual bookings;
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and materials;
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to refine sales tactics;
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review;
  • Coordinate with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of events and stays;
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Требования

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitive landscape;
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships;
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed for client meetings or events.
