Working conditions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies;
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance;
- Project management supervising and support;
- Marketing activities supervising and support;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, clinics, and distributors;
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis;
- Operate with CRM & ERP systems;
- Effective Inventory management;
- Operate with Inventory and Ordering systems;
- Operate with Key accounts and local KOLs;
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments;
- Work closely with marketing and product teams (HQ) to ensure effective promotional campaigns;
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management;
- Base salary (net): from 2000 AZN (Can be discussed depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications during the second interview).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Degree in Medical or Biology sciences is an advantage;
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management, preferably in aesthetic medicine devices, medical aesthetics or medical equipment;
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies;
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations within Azerbaijan;
- Hard skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, understanding of CRM & ERP system;
- Hard skills: understanding of accountancy systems is an advantage;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani. Knowledge of Russian or English is required.
