  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies;
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance;
  • Project management supervising and support;
  • Marketing activities supervising and support;
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, clinics, and distributors;
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis;
  • Operate with CRM & ERP systems;
  • Effective Inventory management;
  • Operate with Inventory and Ordering systems;
  • Operate with Key accounts and local KOLs;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments;
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams (HQ) to ensure effective promotional campaigns;
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management;
  • Base salary (net): from 2000 AZN (Can be discussed depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications during the second interview).

Требования

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Degree in Medical or Biology sciences is an advantage;
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management, preferably in aesthetic medicine devices, medical aesthetics or medical equipment;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies;
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations within Azerbaijan;
  • Hard skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, understanding of CRM & ERP system;
  • Hard skills: understanding of accountancy systems is an advantage;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani. Knowledge of Russian or English is required.
