Working conditions
- To report to QA/QC Manager;
- To review project specifications, drawings, method statement and Quality Control Plans/procedures;
- To supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and collect and file the required Quality Records;
- To ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures;
- To ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion;
- To cooperate and implement of relative corrective actions, NCR, SOR, NFI, MOS, MAS etc. Systematically records the non-conformity or event reports issued and identify appropriate corrective actions;
- To manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications;
- To check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives;
- To ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation;
- If needed, to create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports;
- To chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes as described in project specific contract documents;
- To verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project;
- To conduct pre-construction meetings with new and existing subcontractors in the beginning of each new phase of the work to discuss quality requirements;
- To coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems;
- If needed, to follow up the project “as-built” drawings on a daily basis;
- To prepare the Inspection Test Plan for scope of work and have it approved by the client;
- To assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-built and warranties;
- To stop work if necessary, to resolve matters that effect quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work;
- To assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements;
- To implement QA/QC Manager’s Tasks.
Requirements
- High Education (Bachelor/Master in Related field) – Civil Engineering;
- 3-5 years’ experience;
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System;
- Azerbaijan, English languages skills (Fluent);
- Microsoft Office tools (World/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD computer skills.
