Working conditions
- Develop, document, and continuously improve business processes to align with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting key trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and driving quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor certificate achieved from an internationally recognized training academy.
- Proven experience in a QA management role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and experience in implementing and maintaining ISO-compliant processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools/software.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.
