- Building Partner Capabilities: Set standards for partner skills, provide training and support programs, and help partners meet their capability goals;
- Providing Partner Incentives and Support: Offer tailored rewards and support to encourage partners to invest in the business, fostering a positive cycle of growth and success;
- Ensuring Partner Health: Monitor and control risks in partner operations, maintain order in partner activities, and create a healthy and supportive business environment;
- Using Digital Tools for Operations: Leverage digital platforms and tools to adapt to changing business needs, improve efficiency, and support partners' growth effectively.
Requirements
- Proficient in English and Russian(spoken and written);
