Working conditions
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen the brand identity across all channels;
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity;
- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, press releases, and guest communications;
- Oversee social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned messaging;
- Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing marketing assets;
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to maximize PR exposure;
- Support the execution of hotel openings, corporate events, and promotional campaigns;
- Organize and promote FAM trips, influencer collaborations, and media visits;
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and guest engagement metrics;
- Provide data-driven insights to improve communication strategies and brand positioning;
- Develop guest engagement materials, including newsletters, welcome letters, and in-room collateral;
- Work closely with hotel teams to ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing communications, hospitality marketing, or PR;
- Degree or formal education in marketing, communications, journalism, or hospitality management;
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging content;
- Experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and content strategy;
- Knowledge of public relations, media outreach, and brand reputation management;
- Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Passion for the hospitality industry and understanding of guest experience and service excellence.
