Working conditions
- Complete knowledge of Hardware & Software, Windows OS: 7/8.1/10/11, Windows Server: 2008 R2/2012/2016/2019 Standart;
- Knowledge of working in Windows Service Active Directory;
- Knowledge in MS365 Exchange Admin Center;
- Network knowledge Cisco CCNA 200-301, full proficiency in routers: Cisco Router 1900/1921/1941, Switches: HP ProCurve E2620 PoE-24/48, Cisco Catalyst 3650/3750 PoE; Practice working on Layer2/Layer3;
- Installation, setup, repair, troubleshooting of all Сorporate programs and all peripherals devices: Printer/Scanner/Projector/ Webcam;
- Knowledge in CCTV and Camera Systems: Hikvision/Dahua and etc.
- Monitor the order of equipment behind the general files of all devices and submit monthly reports to line Manager;
- Analyst thinking, professional diagnostics and operational troubleshooting of equipment and software;
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems;
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed;
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field;
- 2 years experience in IT field, preferable in hospitality industry;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian languages are preferable;
- The ability to focus on details and multitasking;
- Effective teamwork skills;
- Endurance and patience;
- Time management skills, the ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
