Working conditions
- Assist in various communications to the employees on available training opportunities and provide necessary information;
- Producing and presenting the reports related to e-learning and corporate card expenses;
- Support in user management matters at corporate learning platforms, make sure all terminated employees are removed from platforms;
- Support in Onboarding program of new employees, make sure new hires pass all necessary trainings;
- Support in gathering payment documents and training documents for submission to finance team;
- Gathering and distribution of gift cards, training certificates as requested;
- Support provision of staff surveys (technical and content vise);
- Support in e-learning gamification programs, come with new ideas on how to engage learners in e-learning;
- Arrange meetings with employees with the support of Administration team, track and keep training attendance lists;
- Supporting in implementation of internal trainings, testings, survey analysis and communication with trainers;
- Support for external trainings management and administration;
- Support in research matters;
- Preparing creative content, preparing brochures, agendas for trainings;
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;

Requirements
- Preferably Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration Bachelorəs Degree (or related area);
- Ability to program manage multiple programs simultaneously;
- Experience in HR sphere up to 1 year; learning development experience is preferred;
- Positive personality features like responsibility, accuracy, precision and reliability;
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
- Advanced user of MS Office.
