O работе

  • Assist in various communications to the employees on available training opportunities and provide necessary information;
  • Producing and presenting the reports related to e-learning and corporate card expenses;
  • Support in user management matters at corporate learning platforms, make sure all terminated employees are removed from platforms;
  • Support in Onboarding program of new employees, make sure new hires pass all necessary trainings;
  • Support in gathering payment documents and training documents for submission to finance team;
  • Gathering and distribution of gift cards, training certificates as requested;
  • Support provision of staff surveys (technical and content vise);
  • Support in e-learning gamification programs, come with new ideas on how to engage learners in e-learning;
  • Arrange meetings with employees with the support of Administration team, track and keep training attendance lists;
  • Supporting in implementation of internal trainings, testings, survey analysis and communication with trainers;
  • Support for external trainings management and administration;
  • Support in research matters;
  • Preparing creative content, preparing brochures, agendas for trainings;
  • To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;

Требования

  • Preferably Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration Bachelorəs Degree (or related area);
  • Ability to program manage multiple programs simultaneously;
  • Experience in HR sphere up to 1 year; learning development experience is preferred;
  • Positive personality features like responsibility, accuracy, precision and reliability;
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
