Working conditions
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for wind power construction project;
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions;
- Monitor compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards;
- Provide training and support to employees and contractors on HSE practices and emergency procedures;
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement;
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders regarding HSE matters;
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure effective communication of HSE issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector;
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices;
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- English is at an upper-intermediate level.
