Working conditions

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases;
  • Process documents related to hires, terminations, leave requests, and other HR activities;
  • Prepare employee contracts, job descriptions, and other HR documentation;
  • Ensure all HR documents meet compliance requirements as per Azerbaijani labor laws and company policies;
  • Maintain records of contracts, tax forms, social security, and other legal documentation, ensuring they are complete and up to date;
  • Process terminations, promotions, transfers, and internal moves, ensuring proper documentation and updates in HR systems;
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing recruitment documentation;
  • Support the hiring process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork;
  • Process and track employee leave requests (sick leave, vacation, maternity/paternity leave, etc.);
  • Organize and file HR documents in both physical and electronic systems, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on HR administration, documentation, or recruitment;
  • Submit labor contracts through the EMAS system;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively;
  • Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
